Game Changes (Patch notes, etc)

Thought it was worth mentioning that a MAJOR change to the way the space based game plays will be coming this Thursday. The Science, Engineering and Tactical teams have always had a shared cool down timer. That is NO MORE!

This means those ensign stations have actually become useful! You can also run all three teams fairly constantly with an aux to batt build.

Anyone else notice that the Galaxy X phaser lance on 'wide beam' has the same video and sound effects as the 'Doomsday Device' or 'Planet Killer' from the original series (and the the mission)?

They are bringing out a new Mirror Universe action!! It's mirror universe, but you defend a starbase and such.

IF all of these changes get applied, the major changes will be:

1. New Undine Assault Action/Queue

2. Ground Kits will now have 'modules' that attach to them. Not sure how that's gonna work yet.

3. NO more warping into EMPTY Borg Red Alerts! (Oh, THANK YOU!)

4. Sci guys - Sensor Scan has been 'improved'. Seems to boost your damage resistance against the target now???

Not all of these changes will make it this update. This information is from the tribble patch notes (thank you Taka!). All or none of these changes may actually kick in on the 14th, but it's a good indication of where they are heading.

Looks like a bunch of 'typo' fixes. ALthough this one confuses me: "Resolved an issue that was allowing the Adapted M.A.C.O. Pulsewave Phaser Rifle to ignore the effects of Borg Adaptation."

ummm, isn't it supposed to ignore the effects of Borg Adaptation???
