Lieutenant

• 100,001-250,000 Contributions Earned.
• Access to Fleet Holdings.

Commander

• 250,001-1,000,000 Contributions Earned.
• Access to Fleet Holdings.

Captain

• 1,000,001-5,000,000 Contributions Earned.
• Access to Fleet Holdings.
  
• Invite "Non-Members" to Fleet Owned Maps
• Perks

Admiral

• 5,000,001-∞ Contributions Earned.
• Access to Fleet Holdings.
• "Invite to Fleet" permission Attained.

• Not Part of Fleet Command
